This 21" leather Oil-Tanned collar is a very good quality collar. It has all brass buckle and D-ring as well as double riveted. It is thick and ideal if using a chain gang system or tie-out stake. Built solid to last many years. It does not have any stitching therefore can easily be cut ot trimmed to size for smaller dogs.
