This product is handmade right here in Ontario Canada. Made of top quality leather and brass hardware. These are the exact product supplied to our police agencies and we haven't seen a better quality Jaeger lead yet! Just prior to shipping this item, we will coat it with a specialty leather oil to keep it from drying out. This should also be used as needed or every couple of months to keep the leather strong and moisturized. We will soon have this oil for sale.
