1. My Credit Card keeps declining.
Many declines are simply due to incorrect billing address entered. Please ensure the billing address is exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If you continue to experience problems please contact us to place order manually.
2. I just ordered something small and simple, can you just send it regular postage paid?
Unfortunately we have stopped this method of delivery because its an un-traceable service and we experienced too many missing packages. We only ship with a traceable service via Canada Post, Fedex, UPS etc.
3. We are unsure of what to order for our needs. Can anyone help us out?

4. The item I ordered doesn't fit, can I return it for refund/exchange?
In most cases the answer is YES! Absolutely. Some cases will incur a small re-stocking fee but most items can be returned for refund/exchange if they are un worn. In the cases of Dogtra products we offer a full 30 day satisfaction guarantee. We stand by the Dogtra product line and will accept returns regardless if used or not.
